RoomWorksAI (“Platform”) provides AI-assisted tools for generating and transforming text, images, and structured deliverables (such as PDF/DOCX exports). The Platform is designed to accelerate drafting, analysis, and packaging of work — from input to deliverable — using guided workflows (“Rooms”).

1. AI outputs are probabilistic

AI outputs are generated by probabilistic models. They may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect assumptions. Outputs should be treated as suggestions or drafts, not guaranteed facts.

2. Everyday use vs. high-stakes use

RoomWorksAI is intended for everyday professional and creative workflows (e.g., rewriting, summarizing, translating, drafting, formatting, producing marketing materials, generating structured documents, preparing internal deliverables).

For high-stakes use, additional care is required. If you are about to:

• sign a contract or commit to legally binding terms,
• publish sensitive statements that could create legal or reputational risk,

RoomWorksAI helps you reduce time and cost by producing a structured “first pass” and deliverable-ready materials. In high-stakes contexts, the final validation step remains a human responsibility.

RoomWorksAI does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Any summaries, checklists, “red flags,” clause suggestions, risk notes, or policy drafts are informational and operational aids only.

If the Platform is labeled “Private Beta,” features may change, be added, limited, or removed. Service availability may vary during the beta phase.
